I had a notebook studio a few months ago. I deleted it and I was wondering if the ST can still restore it if I ask them

according to a quick API test, no. during this test, i created a studio, changed the name and then deleted it. here's what's left of it: https://api.scratch.mit.edu/studios/35808319/

AFAIK studios are different - they actually can be restored, because, likely for moderation reasons, deleting a studio just sets a “PUBLIC” attribute to false.
We can prove this further by modifying the Scratch studio state and setting the studio.public key to false.
It shows us this message:

So, go ahead and use https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/ to ask the Scratch Team to recover it.
Although, just like deleted accounts, I'm not sure if they would be willing to do that… worth trying, tho
Edit: So just to be more clear, deleting a studio is just like unsharing a project, except that it will always return “not found” unless you are a Scratch Team member. I'm guessing that's because the Scratch Team may want to check studio content following some event for example community drama, to take proper moderator action

So, go ahead and use https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/ to ask the Scratch Team to recover it.^ Right, Contact Us is the way to ask, but the Scratch Team doesn't always restore deleted stuff on request. I also want to add that hopefully you can give the Scratch Team a link to the studio, or else I'm not sure they will be able to find the studio you're referring to.

You can try to retrieve it from your browsing history by searching for its title, or just directly giving them the title of the studio, I think they may be able to find it via https://scratch.mit.edu/users/Dagriffpatchfan/adminshoot, I dont have a link…waiting for a mod responseSo, go ahead and use https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/ to ask the Scratch Team to recover it.^ Right, Contact Us is the way to ask, but the Scratch Team doesn't always restore deleted stuff on request. I suggest the Contact Us link as well - but I wouldn't hold out too much hope. I have a vague recollection of trying to restore a deleted studio maybe a year ago and finding, to my surprise, that moderators were not able to do that. I hope I am wrong.
