Nintendo Switch Uploader
This might look rejected in 2.7 of TOLORS:
There is a button. You click on it, you set the settings like if the green flag and stop button shows up, and then the project will be sent to scratch team, and then scratch team uploads it.
In the nintendo switch version, there will be an Instructions and Notes and Credits button on the top of the gameplay. Clicking it will show the Instructions/Notes and Credits of the project. There is an option to show the Instructions of the game. Variables will be kept in the nintendo switch's memory.
While a project is uploaded to Nintendo Switch, the project creator can click the Update button with every update. Then, the project creator is prompted to make a trailer that will be uploaded to Youtube from the Nintendo Switch channel; on Scratch!
Here is a new block exclusive to trailer development:
New blocks in the Nintendo Switch extension (not for trailer development):
2.7 Scratch editor for video game consolesIt's talking about editing from Nintendo Switch; this topic is talking about putting the game on Scratch without the ability to see inside nor remixThe Scratch Team does not have the resources to put a Scratch editor onto a video game console. This includes making a Scratch editor for Nintendo, Xbox, and Playstation consoles.
However, the ability to connect gaming controllers to a computer or tablet to use for Scratch is NOT rejected. You can discuss it on this topic.

Currently, we are only accepting patches for titles that have already been released. Then they can only upload games that are shared to the Scratch community

The ST would still not have the resources to do this.

The rejection quote I think still applies to it. Scratch probably doesn’t have the resources to do that. The specific rejection (https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/3983340/) is broad, and could include the website at a whole.

Very simple; they just need to: The ST would still not have the resources to do this.

I believe this is rejected under 2.5 of TOLORS:
2.5 Official Scratch to EXE converter
On Scratch, an important goal is to have anyone be able to look at the code for any project. This philosophy is not only important for learning code and remixing, but is also important for moderation purposes; for more information, see #3.2 and #4.1 on this list. Converting to EXE (or any other black box executables) will prevent users from looking at the code, and hence goes against this philosophy. Third-party converters do exist, and you are allowed to use those, but the Scratch Team will not make an official converter.

I think this part may also be rejected for reasons similar to the following: It's talking about editing from Nintendo Switch; this topic is talking about putting the game on Scratch without the ability to see inside nor remix
2.5 Official Scratch to EXE converterIn other words, the Scratch Team is not interested in supporting features that restrict a viewer's ability to remix or see inside the project.

So you would still be able to view it on Scratch? It is only restricted ON NINTENDO SWITCH snip
At that point, use the Nintendo Switch's built-in Apple WebKit implementation and just run the website.

That's the thing that's rejected, though. Of course the Scratch Team wouldn't allow EXEs to be shared on the website. But the EXE converter rejection makes it rejected for an official EXE converter at all. For a similar reason, I think an official feature to convert Scratch projects to Nintendo Switch games is rejected. It is only restricted ON NINTENDO SWITCH

No offense, but I don't think Nintendo would be interested in putting random kids' Scratch projects on their consoles and I don't think the Scratch Team has the resources to do all of this.
