⠀… hiya! im bread, an awkward homosapien who’s still getting the hang of life — my hobbies include binging favorite shows ( the office, stranger things, outer banks, + more ), reading new book series’, and drawing my characters, among others! my most favorite pastime is listening to randomized playlists that hopefully include noah kahan, paris paloma, or lyn lapid while developing roleplay characters and their lives, though c: im a beginner guitarist — depending on your definition of that, haha — and excited to learn more this semester :] school started up for me recently, so im adjusting to that as well, but the workload hasn’t been too bad so far! overall im just a goober who exists on here to roleplay + help out the tc tfcrp team, sometimes post art, and interact with my friends

⠀… i’m applying for the wondrous ophanim <33
⠀… beginning with their design, as soon as i laid eyes on them, i was instantly in love — the idea of “biblically accurate angels” as a theme was entirely entrancing, and the celestial aesthetics and angelic names instantly made the entire litter extremely appealing for me!
⠀… but, specifically, what pulled me to ophanim initially was the attachment i felt towards them immediately, alongside the flood of concepts for them! i’ve not only become completely enamored with their design, but also the personality and vision i created to match it, which is something i find incredibly imperative as an applicant, as i have no qualms with applying, and no doubt in my mind that, presented with the opportunity to roleplay ophie, i would not say no.
⠀… as a bonus, though, i find them to have been the most relaxing to draw, haha — as an artist, i find the “drawability” of any character i plan to apply for to be an important factor of my choice. at first i was a little worried with how i’d draw them, but, surprisingly, i found few problems with mixing my style with ophie on paper. alongside this, they’re quite addictive to draw lmao-

⠀… because of school, my activity can vary depending on my workload and overall motivation — however, i’m always online for at least an hour every day, and i check my messages pretty frequently, so i would rate my activity on weekdays an 7/10 and on weekends a 9/10.

⟡ roleplay experience ˖ ݁⋆ ༘
⠀… ive been roleplaying on scratch for almost 2 and a half years now! tfcrp was actually one of the first few roleplays i joined on scratch, which makes it a big part of my creative writing journey, and im excited to continue that journey for as long as possible :] im currently a thunderclan helper, so that pretty much cements my activity in this roleplay for as long as im needed other than that, though, ive been in a lot of roleplays, many of which have died out unfortunately, but all of which have been fun! c:
⠀… furthermore, however, my notable characters in tfcrp are as follows!
⠀… honeysplatter & raven :
⠀ ⠀→ honeysplatter was my first character in tfcrp, a sign-up cat and warrior of thunderclan; i didnt roleplay much with her, because i was more active in the art community and had barely grasped the rules of roleplaying, so, along with that, i also created raven, a kittypet, a week or so after, not knowing that you couldn't have only one character. after i got that sorted out, i continued to roleplay a bit with honeysplatter before ultimately removing her and taking a break from roleplaying in tfcrp.
⠀… carnationfaith :
⠀ ⠀→ in around late 2022, i rejoined tfcrp with carnationfaith of windclan, another sign-up character, during which i had gotten a better handle of the rules of tfcrp, how things worked, and the community. carnationfaith was mostly just a placeholder character, as during that time there were multiple open litters of which i was applying for; after winning buttermilkkit, she met her demise soon before he was born.
⠀… buttermilkperch :
⠀ ⠀→ buttermilkkit ( now buttermilkperch! ) is the first character in tfcrp i've ever really felt a ‘connection’ to. although his current personality has strayed from faer original concept, i believe xyr one of my favorite characters in tfcrp out of all my others, and, to be honest, i'd be sad to see him go; fae has went from a flamboyant, poetic soul to an adventurous, confident apprentice, and now a mostly tired of life but still trying to contribute warrior ( elder soon.. ) xe is today, and ive loved roleplaying with him for the ~80 moons faer has been present for, and if i do not win ophie, i imagine he’ll continue to npc his life in thunderclan for a while yet.

⠀ ⠀→ splashdance! beloved baby <3 he’s filling my second-character slot, and my first tfcrp character after my abrupt hiatus a few months ago. he will most obviously not be dying if i win ophanim, as i think he’s still got a ways left to go life-wise, and im very excited to continue exploring it, regardless of if i win them or not!

୨୧ future gender & orientations ⋆⁺˖
⠀… during the majority of ophie’s adolescence, they probably won’t consider a change in their gender or orientations for a while due to them being consumed in other things and not feeling a particular way to any gender or orientation in the first place. however, probably around their ‘teen’ moons ( 13-18 ), they will start to learn more about the wide variety of ways one can identify with oneself, and want to learn more about them. as they seek to attain more knowledge on the subject, self-reflection and contemplation will occur, leading to the following!
⠀… for their gender, ophanim will most likely remain as non-binary for a while before becoming genderfaun, realizing they feel an allegiance to non-binary some days and male on others, shifting between the two and sometimes into the in-between. they will see themself as this, and start utilizing they / he and perhaps fae / faer pronouns!
⠀… as for their orientations, they probably would be pan for a long while, not particularly caring about one’s gender identity in the name of love ( an already far-seeming topic to them, explored later in the application ). however,

⠀ ⠀→ because of ophanim’s naturally curious nature, they’ll always be seeking more knowledge — however, because of the secluded, sheltered life they were brought into, their access to knowledge isn’t as widespread as they would prefer. therefore, to feed into their never-ceasing search for information, when ophie’s around 6 moons old, i would probably share a relationship finder with this specific category in mind! the characters of whom i would choose to fit this category would most likely have some kind of appeal information-wise — specifically, i’d look for those who could teach them of different religions, languages, history, and things of the sort. i envision ophanim to be secretly — or not so much, should they want to show off, haha — knowledgeable, a scholar at his core despite their seemingly vapid demeanor, and i think that the myriad of possibilities and interactions that this avenue could bring would be worth exploring, should i win them! c:

⠀ ⠀→ as the eldest sibling of the trio, ophanim will gravitate towards their oldest sister frequently, especially during their adolescence. while independence is something they’ll learn as they age, in their early moons ophie will be very attached to cherubim, seeing her as a secondary authority figure behind eevee. because of how foreign the life of a kittypet would be for them at first, they would probably stick close to cheru and sera as they get acquainted, and later gain their own sense of solidarity and begin favoring less interactions with them.
