Does Scratch Count as 'Professional Use' ?
So I've found some background music for my next project, ‘Ickle Rocket’. It is available as a free download, but if you use it for ‘professional’ reasons, you need to pay for it. I don't wanna assume that Scratch is an exception, because I don't want to get into trouble. So my question is: Does Scratch count as professional? Thanks guys!
If you need it, here's the link to the music I found: http://www.jamendo.com/en/track/282743/oceanic-melody

Unless you sell your project (which isn't allowed if you upload it on the website), it does not and still counts as “fair use”.
