I wrote everything I learned about shops here so that even scratchers new to shops can use the shop! We only hire staff with the highest quality in their work, ensuring our orders always meet the highest standards. Scratchers shop from us because we are also fast! I make sure that no staff member will procrastinate in their work. Our service is also great! We can always redo an order if you're unhappy. -You must have been on Scratch for at least 2 months.

1. Check if the order is taken. You can go down and flip to other pages to check if the order is taken. A staff member should have said something like, “taken” while quoting the order form.

2. If the order is not taken, check if the form should be accepted or denied. Check if the order form has the code word, has a reasonable deadline, is detailed enough, and is following the shop topic. If you feel like the form should not be accepted you can deny it, and I will review the order some other time. Also, if the order has a preferred worker, wait and see if that preferred worker would like to take the order. Otherwise, you can take it.

3. Go to the bottom left of the order form and click “quote” Then you can simply type something like “taken” to let others know the order is taken by you.

4. Get to work on the order, making sure you have high quality while staying in the deadline (remember, you can go past, but try avoiding that)

5. Finish the order. Check the order form and look at where you should contact them you should paste a link there to give them their finished product.
-For images, find a trusted and free image hosting service and paste your image there. Then share the link of the image where the customer preferred they be contacted.
-For sprites, costumes, or any other scratch art, share a Scratch project with these sprites, costumes, etc. inside. Share the link to the customer.
-For code, have code in a Scratch project that you can share the link to the customer.
You should ask the orderer to also fill out a review. This helps the shop gain more customers.

> Owner: The owner founded the shop has absolute control over the shop, with the authority to make announcements, and hire and fire staff
> Co-owner: The co-owner has nearly the same level of control as the owner. However, they cannot make major changes. The co-owner acts on behalf of the owner during periods of inactivity.
>Secretary: The secretary functions as the owner’s assistant, possessing substantial power, though less than the co-owner. The secretary can make announcements and implement minor changes.
>Federation manager: The federation manager manages partnerships and federations and has some control.

Banners
We offer banners like the one on the top of the page. Usually, they take between 3 days to 2 weeks. For staff making banners, after you complete them, please upload them to an image hosting service like Cubeupload and share the link with the shopper. Please specify things like colors, themes, and effects when ordering a banner.

Signatures
Some people at our shop can make signatures. You cannot ask to be contacted on anything besides the shop when ordering a signature. This is because commenting on profiles and other places does not support BBCode. Please specify things you would like to be said in your signature.

Drawing Figures
Drawing figures from scratch is difficult, and our shop can complete the task. Please be generous with the amount of time you give us. For staff, if you take a drawing order, please upload the art to a supported image hosting service like Cubeupload. Then, share the link with the shopper.

Thumbnails
We also offer thumbnails for projects, and for staff, please do the same thing will all art by uploading art to a supported image hosting service like Cubeupload. You can also make your thumbnail a Scratch project, as long as the thumbnail is made in vector.

Abstract and colorful art
Abstract and colorful art can take a short amount of time to a very long amount of time. Please, like all other art, upload your art to a supported image hosting service like Cubeupload if you are creating abstract art as a staff member.

Games (projects)
Games usually take a long time to create. Give us at least 1 week to complete game orders. For shoppers, if a staff member has finished their game order, please wait for them to share the project. Then, click “see inside”. Then, click “file” (top left). Then, click “save to your computer”. Then, when you want to import the code into your project, click “load from your computer” in that project. Keep in mind that this will remove all existing code and costumes. For staff, once you are done with your game, please share the project and share the link with the shopper.

If you want a script for your project, order a script, and when the order is complete, please backpack the script from a project that a staff member has shared. For staff, please create a scratch project with the script. Then, share the project with the shopper.

Shops on Scratch

You may not know what a shop is yet. If so, read on to get to know about this shop and how they work.

A shop is a place on Scratch where you can get things done like art and code by other Scratchers who work in a shop. Usually you just have to read all of the rules and then reply to the topic with an order form. If your order is accepted, somebody will take your order and get to work constructing something similar to what you imagined. They will then notify you when they are done with your order.

Shops can make things for you such as, banners, signatures, logos, icons, images, code, music, animations, voiceovers, and more. The Scratch lab shop now only does most of art and most of code.
