I have a script where it shoots out a ray of white beams. I want to make it so that only the part of another sprite that touches the white beam shows. Is this possible?

make a costume with only the part you want of the sprite, instead of hiding, switch to that costume

Otherwise the only way to hide part of a costume is to put something else in front of it.
