I'm deleting my account because a project of mine got removed.
How to let people know I'm leaving?

What? Why would you do that because one project got removed?
And to notify people, just tell them on their profile.

Untrue. I don’t know if you’re trolling at this point, but if so, just stop.
Someone may have made a project that breaks guidelines on accident, that doesn’t make them a “bad scratcher”. ST may have misunderstood the context or something of the project and removed it, that doesn’t make the creator a “bad scratcher”. Someone may have actually made a project that breaks guidelines but now they regret it and apologized, that doesn’t make them a “bad scratcher”. This could probably go on and on.
So no, just because one project of yours got removed doesn’t make you a “Bad scratcher”, I’m sorry if anyone influenced you into thinking that, because people make mistakes whether that be the project creator or ST which can cause projects to be removed, that doesn’t make you a bad person.

Probably the best way to tell somebody that you are deleting your account is to make a project. That's the only thing I can think of. You could also make a studio and invite all of your followers with the studio named “Deleting my Account” and put the project in that studio, but that just seems unnecessary and I wouldn't recommend it.
