Post your projects to add all studios, make good games, make friends and be active in the community and you should steadily get more views.

Leaving helpful comments on other projects, helping out on the Scratch discussion forums, and being helpful in some Scratch studios like the current Scratch Design Studio and Scratch Welcoming Committee are some ways to be active.

I think he meant “steadily get more views” by “slowly getting views over time”. But don't let that discourage you! Scratch isn't about fame. It's about programming. Be happy that you just learned something when you were coding.

Love and favorite projects, join some studios, help in the forums, comment on other people's profile.

When I mean steadily I mean it will not happen overnight that you get on trending but slowly you will start to have a base that can get you on trending.

Also be aware that Scratch is not all about getting on trending, it is about having fun.

Good luck.

The show and tell forum is useful studios are also useful add everything studios are ok and all but a lot of people frequently add projects to them so a better method is to add to more focused studios that your project is related to you have less competition and people will be more likely to view your project because they found a project their looking and that leads to more likes and favs and maybe more followers

I remember I had a topic like this here 2 years ago, and here is what I said, or at least, what I felt like I said.

If you want to get more views, there are multiple ways to do it. Just know that it isn't guaranteed views or likes, favorites, or whatever, as I have had to learn that the hard way, but it may help you in your journey. Also, know that Scratch isn't a platform where the main purpose is to get fame. It's to gain knowledge about programming and how it works.

First off, what you want to do is interact with the community. This could mean leaving positive comments on a person's project or liking and favoriting their project and establishing a connection with them. Most of the time, what I've seen of the behaviors of users from this website is that being positive will most likely get you a follow, which is most likely why I was able to get the followers and views that I have at the moment. You can also join studios and be active in them. There are tons of studios out there. Just find one that matches your interests and talk there a lot. That will probably boost your chances of getting some views and some other stuff.

You can also advertise, but remember this. Only advertise your projects in places where they are permitted. Don't just randomly advertise on a person's profile with no permission at all, that's just very rude and disrespectful, and I also think that it's not allowed because it's spamming or whatever, I forgot. Some examples include advertising studios or the studios where they want you to add everything. Those could get you some traction. Another useful tool I would use is the Show and Tell forum. I've posted a couple of times in here, back in 2021 (so probably they are super cringe) and it does help people see what you are putting out. I advertised many projects there. Sometimes they are successful, or sometimes they flop. It all depends.

The third thing I want to tell you is to make quality projects. Hear me out. Would you rather view a project that doesn't look prepared or doesn't work, or view a project that is organized and neat, has a thumbnail, and will keep you entertained? You would want to choose the one that looks more neat because.. well… it just looks more appealing to Scratchers. I recommend adding thumbnails to your project, writing your titles with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and putting effort into projects. As soon as I started doing that, I started to notice a rise in my views.

The final thing that I have in mind is the forums. I would recommend getting into the forum community. Be helpful to other people and interact with other people in the community. That was the big thing that helped me rise. I started posting a ton (too much if I may add, around 75 posts a day, at one point 300 posts in a day), and it was just being helpful in the Questions About Scratch forum, helping people create stuff in the Requests forum, working with a huge team in the Collaboration forum, giving my honest feedback in the Suggestions forum, welcoming Scratchers in the New Scratchers forum and guiding them into what Scratch is and what the Scratch Forums are, and contributing to websites that were from the Advanced Topics. It sounds like a lot but I promise it isn't a lot.

Examples

Below, you will see an image of two older projects of mine, released in the period between late 2020 and mid-2021. From what you have read above, this was before I followed most of the instructions I told you. At the time, I didn't post on the forums, I didn't give friendly comments to people (NOT NEGATIVE, DON'T TAKE IT THAT WAY), and I didn't interact with the community. Not to mention that these have no thumbnails and look low-quality as well.

Here is an example of some of my projects after I started my foruming journey and helping the Scratch Community, advertising in places where allowed, interacting with the forums, joining studios with similar interests to mine, and way more. Ignore the Running Simulator, that was only because it was #200 on trending (close enough to that number)
