Hello! Can someone show me or sent me a code for stamina in raycaster like a running meter when you press SHIFT on the keyboard. I can't figure out how to code it. I made a stamina bar and I want it to where u can run and it goes down but when u stop and when it is gone u walk slow as well and u still gain back your stamina. What is the code or can someone show me how to code it?

What exactly do you need help with? Making the bar decrease? Shift detection? Running?
