How would I share a project to specific people?

I want to give specifically game-testers a project, and originally I wanted to send them a .sb3 file, but realized I have no clue how to do that without asking for something like a socials username(which is obviously not really an option). I could add in code that stops the game when the username is wrong, but that could easily be bypassed by going into the project and tampering with the code. If there's any way I could do this differently it would be GREATLY appreciated, but I understand if there's nothing to be done.

Don't restrict access to only a few people- this is against the rules. Sending to only a few specific people is not possible on Scratch, since there is a chance of unmoderated/private chat, where inappropriate things don't get reported.

I think your best option would be to just release it to everyone, go tell the people who are testing it that it's released (and give them a link), and in the instructions or notes & credits section of the description just state that the project isn't finished yet, and ask for any bugs that people find to be reported via the comments.

I decided on just not really trying to source playtesters online, instead opting to ask friends to locally playtest it. Thanks for the response in any case, though! I posted this way too early lol.

Is this safe?
Yes, and no.
Yes: You might have chatting off, and people cannot control projects.
No: The project might be disrespectful; and people can report it. And your account might be deleted, and you cannot recover it,
To prevent this, you should be respectful.
Say you commented a post that contains a bad word. Note: This is part of the no.
The Scratch Team lets you know you cannot comment bad words on Scratch. Then, you get banned from chatting for only 5 minutes.

Be respectful with sharing projects.
You can share projects with any kind of code, not disrespectful code. Blocks such as:
play sound (You are good! v) until done
set [Goodness v] to [Uncountable (infinite)]
(join [Scratch ] [on!])
