• Must have at least 1 project made with effort (and not a remix) (unless it's a collab in which it's ok) (if it has a lot of effort in each collab project of course)
  
  
• Have experience in making OS'
  
  
• Must be active at least once a month
  
  
• Must have a PC or a device that can handle editing large projects
  
  
• Must have at least 10 Scratch Posts in the forums

How active are you: I check Scratch every day but don't really publish projects often. I like to wait until it's fully done before ever posting a project (Mystery96 can attest to this)
