special type of group made for communication. it has text channels and forums (but no vc). There is two types:

• Public: anyone can join and use this room. No verification required.
  
• Private: Only chosen people can use this room. These still have the strict filtering of scratch comments. Each member must be a Scratcher, and to create a private room, you need to get it verified by the scratch team to make one. members can votekick or ban. anybody in this room, even the host. if they were voted to kick, half of the group needs to vote, rounded up. if its the host or mod, it needs to be 3/4ths of the room. the room is frozen forever, and it cant be affected if there is no mods.
  

Mods can change and edit the room, and also kick/ban people. you cant ban people from public rooms.
