• (How Reviewing Works Here)
  The schedule is a list on the reviewing page that includes each shop, when its next review is, and who will be reviewing it. You can check the schedule for when you need to review a shop. Note that the date is when to START the review, not to submit it. A review should normally take up to 5 days. There is a form on the reviewing page which you fill out with a rating and suggestions, then ask for permission to post on the shop.
  
• (A Basic Guide to Reviewing) For Novices
  1 So, first you read the shop's rules and figure out what they make. Then place an order.
  2 Next, look over other orders they've done, think about the quality, and things they could improve.
  3 Wait until they finish YOUR order, then see what you like and don't like about IT.
  4 Copy the "review form” on the reviewing page of The Gemstone Federation and fill it out with things they could improve about the speed, quality, benefits, etc. Add a 1-20 rating to the review form and ask for permission to post it on the shop.

Cool got us a June schedule, but we might skip this month.
If we do, you can probably use that and just switch the dates to July.
(After all, reviewing day has passed.)

I would change the “next reviewing day is” on the OP to June or July (it's still on May: my mistake, not yours).

Notice from rosie's wonderland

To The Gemstone Federation,

Greetings. I hope you are enjoying a lovely summer and are well. I am iiucandyfloss, also known as Candy, a manager of the partnered shop rosie's wonderland. I have a few matters to discuss with you.

Firstly, I am considering moving rosie's wonderland to a newer forum. My primary reason is that I have moved accounts, and, as the host / original poster of all rosie's wonderland forum topics, this can cause confusion with customers being unaware of who to contact when they have questions about their order, and being confused or thinking that my newer account is an impersonator of me when I respond to forum posts via that account. Creating a new account can reduce the effects of this. I am notifying you about this because the partnered shops list links to the current (3.0) forum, which is correct as of now, but that will change when I make a new topic in due course. I will let you know what the new forum topic is when it is complete.

This is a somewhat minor issue, and can be resolved quickly, so I thought of notifying you of this. In the partnered shops list, there is text below rosie's wonderland's title, image, and description saying : “Signed up for reviews : Upon reaching 3 orders” I wholly understand why this was written there, as my shop had not yet reached 3 orders at the time of partnering. However, it has now, as you are aware, (since it is receiving monthly reviews) attained 3 orders. Could you please edit your original post to avoid confusion and prevent misunderstandings?

Thirdly, I would like to mention what my new account is and the names I prefer to use when being spoken to there. It is named “astro-peach”, and, as my profile says, I go by Astro or Peach now, and would greatly prefer being referred to by those names, with the exception of close friends, who are permitted to still call me Candy as they did on my old account. I am still active here and log on almost every day to check messages and notify followers, etc., but my new account is what I use mainly now.

Please remember that I may not be as active on the Gemstone Federation topic as I would be on other topics, because of the nature of this topic and the fact that it is related to my shop in somewhat few ways.

Suggestions: My first impression of the shop was mostly great, but there was a bit of scatter. I feel you should move all the stuff employees need towards the bottom of the FP posts, but that's a nitpick. My only real problem with the front page is that many people don't come from the aesthetic community, including me. I would suggest explaining what each option on the form means, since I struggled to convey the product I wanted in the form. On speed, you had a delay but notified me once you finished the order. I will not demote you for the delay, but I would suggest you notify BEFORE the product is finished, if possible. And if it wasn't, I'd suggest letting me know that you couldn't notify me earlier, because then there would be no misunderstandings. It's not a major thing for now, but once a shop gets popular and bombarded with orders, small misunderstandings can lead to the topic closing. On staff, I only got to meet @iiucandyfloss, but they were really nice and responsive. Now for quality, I'd say it was great. You understood my prompt well, and the product turned out great. My problems with it are that one of the objects is covering the text in an unnatural way. As someone who has both used scratch and a digital photo editor before, this is a bit of a rookie mistake. And while this only matters for some use cases (it didn't for mine), try to sign up for an image host. You won't regret the upgraded quality. Overall, I give you a highly respectable 16/20.
