this might be off topic but turbowarp is a mod to scratch ( sorry I am really new to forums I just returned from a long break )

to make a cloud server outside scratch i need to spend money I just wanna make sure there is no other way before I spend money on a project

if I understand correctly what they said cloud var in scratch does not work outside even if exported to HTML or executable so does this thing also apply to turbowarp's cloudlink or cloud var

You can use free servers from https://glitch.com

Cloud variables need a server to run. When you run a Scratch project on TurboWarp, TurboWarp provides its own cloud servers. When you export a project from TurboWarp, there is an option to choose cloud servers.

Changing a cloud variable on Scratch doesn't affect TurboWarp.

You could self host the server, or try to find a generous free tier of a hosting provider.
