In scratch, the only profile picture made by the scratch team is the default scratch cat, so I think that when you click on change your profile picture, a menu will pop up showing different profile pictures for people who don't want to find an image on google. here are some ideas:
- gobo
- pico
- nano
- a basketball
- a dog
- a piano
and an upload image button if you do want to find an image on google.
as well as a draw button using the vector/bitmap scratch editor so you can draw a profile picture

Sorry, but this is a duplicate. Please continue discussion there to prevent clutter. As for drawing a pfp, you can just draw one in the editor, download it, then use it.
