Possible scratch shutdown?

Could scratch shut down sometime in the future temporarily or permanently, due to no funding/servers being broken? I think they should shut down scratch temporarily to save money and fix the servers, although the influx of people coming to scratch could break it again, idk. Maybe bringing back services one at a time would help that.

I thought they revived it annually from people, but yeah I guess if they shut down even then people could stop donating, but perhaps they could convince the companies/agencys that donate that they will be shutting down to fix issues? Maybe they could also tell people to donate if possible - but ig if some kid gets a hold of their parents credit card then that would be bad.

They're already in the process of fixing the servers. If they needed to shut down, they would do so.
