Can new scratchers edit posts yet?

Um yeah, can they?

They can only edit posts after the first page load, so they can fix typos, but not post something inappropriate/rude and then remove it before the ST sees it.

I found a work-around.
1.Click The Date and Time Posted Link(e.g:Today 01:02:12)
2.Replace Certain Parts Of the Current Url(e.g:http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/7629/?page=1#post-50658 with http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/50658/edit)
Press Enter.

No, they can edit posts as long as they stay on the page.

I can't be bothered to make a signature. Seriously, who has time to write these things? I have stuff to do, games to make, and you expect me to write a big, long signature? I'm not your slave. You can't tell me what to do, so no, I WON'T write a signature.

Oh, wait…

What do you mean, they stay on the page?

When I post something, it shows me a page with the topic. There is an edit button there. Once I go to a different page, I can't edit anymore.
