○ hi !! I’m Moe. I'm a passionate cat lover and warrior cat fanatic ! I've been reading the series for about 6 years and have always loved it. I have four cats, Pepper, Piper, Oliver, and Oscar, and I live down by the ocean ! I enjoy activities such as drawing various animals, reading books (fantasy being my favorite genre), writing various fanfictions and alternate universes, and petting my beloved cats. I'm in many fandoms and would love to discuss them ! my current hyperfixations are warrior cats, the twilight saga, and stranger things, but I'm also am very much into harry potter, the hunger games, and the legend of zelda, and I to this day enjoy the maze runner, keeper of the lost cities, and percy jackson <3

○ I have been into Warrior Cats for a long time. ever since I started reading the books I've enjoyed writing Warrior Cat fanfiction and making characters. I started actually roleplaying about 6 years ago- on Animal Jam. since then I have explored various and finally joined Scratch. I currently have been in TFCRP for about a year. I am/was in various other RPs, such as W-WRP, WWRP, and ETRP ! so… an estimated 6-ish years of roleplay experience ? my first ever character was daisybliss of windclan. I made her a little over a month after joining Scratch, and it was safe to say I wasn't ready for a character. I roleplayed her a few times, before losing her to actvity checks, something I'm not proud of but have grown past. as for my current character, my pride and joy: legendfaith of windclan !!! you may have heard of him of course, considering he's the deputy of windclan, something I'm very proud about <33 I won him in April of 2023, and he's currently 53 moons. he’s certainly shaped my perspective on roleplaying and I have a much firmer understanding of it now. I also have folklore of TSD who is pretty young, but I’m still engaged in her story. I would be using dawning with my second character slot of course, so I wouldn't be inclined to letting either of them go anytime soon !! ^_^

○ I can happily say I will be applying for dawningkit !! there’s so many reasons why I’m applying for her. so start off, I’m kinda in love with her design. everything about it blends together so perfectly and I can draw it and look at many times over and still be satisfied with it. secondly, her family !! i’ve been watching the “lint family” for awhile now, and this chance to join it with none but amitymuse herself as the mother is too great an opportunity to pass up. shadowclan seems like such a great community and i’m eager for the chance to join it. thirdly, dawningkit herself. since july of 2023, i’ve had my heart set on little dawning. now that second character slots have come into play, i’m more than ready to give it my all and apply for the little kitty that i’ve been waiting for all these months. i click easily with the personality i’ve devised for and am still attached with it even after all this time, and writing her comes easy to me. i’m so excited to be applying for dawningkit, i hope you enjoy reading this application <33

○ i'd keep dawningkit for at bare minimum 6 months (half a year), which is what i typically aim to keep them for but tend to surpass, but i'd of course aim for much longer, hopefully even elderhood !! I tend to form attachments to my characters (stares at legendfaith) so I’d want the dear to live a good, fulfilling life <33

○ on accord of how often I harm my characters, not too frequently !! the physically worst that I've hurt legendfaith is from a few fights with foxes and cats alike, giving him a few scars along his back and neck, which is pretty realistic for Warrior Cats if you ask me. of course, mental damage is a bit different, because it's usually based on experiences rather than me actually doing something to them. for example, most of lee's mental downfalls come from his family dying, which I can't control but instead shape how he reacts and deals with it. while i can’t say dawningkit wouldn’t experience injuries later in her life, especially with her rambunctious nature, i wouldn’t do so without reasoning behind it and character development/growth stemming from it as well.

ও playful .. “ full of fun and high spirits; frolicsome or sportive ” - Dawningkit is never one to miss out on the festivities! She’s a cat that loves all sorts of games and mental stimulations. Never one to back down from a challenge or, even more likely, initiate one, she’s always come up with ways to augment her fun-loving spirit. Combined with her creativity, she won’t leave you hanging when the moment becomes dull, ready to spring into any chance she has to come up with a game. Dee can be quite the tease as well; though it is all an innocent joke to her. She would never purposely offend anyone she cares about, but you can bet she’ll poke some light-hearted fun at you when the time presents itself! She yearns for the excitement that a new adventure or event brings, and is passionate about living life to its fullest potential. With an amused grin and a sparkle in her eye, Dawningkit is ready to go!
ও sociable .. “ fond of the company of others; gregarious ” - Hold on tight, because Dawningkit is certainly a sociable little creature. She will eagerly bounce up to a feline that she deems interesting, whether she knows them or not, and strike up an engaging conversation. She has an enthusiastic team spirit and enjoys working with others during activities. Dee feels naturally comforted by the presence of other cats, so she prefers spending time with others rather than being on her own, loneliness is a thorn in her side. Being naturally more of an extroverted gal, she's considered a very friendly cat who would never pass up the chance to make another pal. She also likes to support and help others because hey.. she just genuinely enjoys being around fellow cats! Dawningkit thinks gatherings are an excellent idea, yet is slightly confused as to why they can't just always live in harmony. Why fight when we could all be friends? She says. Dee is an actively jovial cat that always tries to be a part of the lives of the cats she's close to, not wanting to break treasured bonds. Take this warning with heed: once she starts talking with you, our chocolate-colored felidae never seems to stop!
ও euphoric .. “ characterized by or feeling intense excitement or happiness ” - As happy as a dog with a new toy, Dawningkit’s a bundle of walking sunshine, ready to burst into anything and everything that life throws at her with unwavering joy. She walks with a pep in her step, a hum in her throat, a smile perched right on her face; she's the bringer of good spirits. You could also say Dee’s the life of the party, her positive attitude simply infectious, spreading to those around her like sunshine after a long stormy night. Happiness isn’t just a passing feeling for her when the times are right, it’s a way of life in her jade-green eyes. And that's what she intends- to make everyone happy! She enjoys social interactions and making others feel good, why waste your time and effort bringing others down with your words instead of lifting them up? She believes that is the true reward to cheerfulness and a positive attitude. She has quite the disposition of amusement and laughter, including seeing the bright side of life and taking adversity less seriously. This genuine euphoria fills her to the brim, oftentimes exploding out of her with such grandeur that she feels the need to share it with everyone, running and jumping about with a smile as bright as the sunrise.
ও optimistic .. “ of or pertaining to optimism; tending, or conforming, to the opinion that all events are ordered for the best. ” - Always thinking along the lines of “every cloud has a silver lining”, Dawningkit is certainly optimistic. She doesn't let pessimism and problems get in the way of her daily life, inside looking at the “glass half full” angle. She doesn't try to ignore problems or pretend life is perfect, she just chooses to focus on what's good about a situation and what she can do to make things better. She believes that opportunities are always in the air, you just have to be bold enough to capture them, and put them to good use. There's always a tomorrow, she says. Dee tries to focus on what she has now, instead of what she could gain. She has a disposition or tendency to look on the more favorable side of events or conditions and to expect the most favorable outcome. Happiness and hopefulness are around every corner, in her opinion all you need to do is search for it.
ও fearless .. “ oblivious of dangers or perils or calmly resolute in facing them ” - Boldness isn’t a fleeting emotion, it’s a way of life! Says the little Dawningkit as she blazes by without hesitation. She asserts herself into any situation with a bravery that is hard to match, and she displays courage in the face of adversity. She's willing to take risks and confront jer fears head-on, even when the outcome is uncertain or potentially dangerous. Or, perhaps, she's oblivious to the dangers themselves, but still willing to take the risk. She has a strong sense of self-confidence and self-assurance. Dee's belief in her abilities to overcome challenges and trust in their own judgment and decision-making skills, which makes charging head-on into any situation a whole lot easier. She is fueled by her desire to find what the world has to offer for her, and even when faced by her fears she takes a deep breath, and grits her teeth and bears it. Fear is just a temporary state, not a mindset she says. She believes if you let your fears influence your decisions, then you'll never discover new things. She keeps a calm and determined front when faced with perils, always the anchor in the storm.

She imagines herself in endless circumstances, faced with both glory and turmoil, which leaves her aching for the thrill of new experience. She seeks happiness through new experiences and sights, always ready to go. It doesn't matter if it's hot or cold, rain or shine, any time of the year is a great chance to go and explore. She doesn’t wait for the “perfect time” to appear before her, she takes advantage of any day to embark on a new adventure. What about fate? Fate is the least of her worries! She knows how to appreciate any landscape. The important thing for her is to discover the unknown. Any place in the world seems to Dee to be an inspiration and can become the protagonist of his her adventure. From north to south and east to west, there are no borders for those who are looking for new experiences. Each location is different and in the difference she finds beauty. While this certainly isn’t a bad thing, trouble happens to follow those who treat borders as invisible lines “dividing the Clans”, as Dawningkit believes in unity between all Clans, this motto could lead her into problems with enemy cats. Especially when she accidentally wanders into their territories, leaving trouble on her tail.
ও curious .. “ an eager wish to know or learn more about something ” - Dawningkit can find beauty and fascination in nearly anything. Being her imaginative and open-minded self, she definitely isn't afraid to venture beyond her comfort zones in search of new ideas, experiences, and adventures. She likes to live in the moment and can easily make connections with other cats, not often dwelling on rejection and enthusiastically works with others. Dawningkit loves looking for new things and is known for finding interesting accessories and sticking them in her pelt. This lil' gal is always asking questions, especially about her surroundings. Why is the sky blue? What type of flower is this? Why does the sun disappear at night? On and on without ceasing, Dee will ask questions about things she wants to know, craving every detail that will enhance her treasure chest of knowledge. Sometimes her curiosity can get out of hand, as her thirst for adventure and endless facts leads her into trouble that she can’t avoid. She tends to stick her nose where it doesn't belong.
ও carefree .. “ free of troubles, worries, and care ” - Why should I worry.. why should I care? (/lyr) Dawningkit’s always happy and relaxed, never known for acting anxious or stressed out. She doesn't ever really try to be “perfect” or to fit in with the popular opinion, preferring to stick to what she believes rather than others. There are a few downsides to this trait, though. Dee can sometimes come off as aimless, not wanting stiff and uptight rules or plans to get in the way of her fun-loving lifestyle. Troubles never get ahead of her, she’s always walking on sunshine, her head above the clouds and her mind filled with jovial daydreams. This is her sense of freedom. She doesn't exactly try the hardest she can to become the warrior she could be, falling short of expectations in favor of her personal enjoyment. However, Dee is certainly happy this way, so it could be brushed off by a more sympathetic cat, but this might irritate serious and rule-oriented cats.
ও youthful .. “ the freshness and vitality characteristic of a young person ” -

ও complaintive .. “ prone to complaint or unsatisfactory; whiny ” -
ও unfocused .. “ unable to pay attention or focus for long periods of time ” - The thrill of a new task or event, especially if she gets to share the experience with her peers, can bring out the best in Dawningkit. However, since she is known for having ever-evolving interests, this means that she may find it challenging to maintain discipline and focus over the long term. Whenever she's being lectured, or just listening to something that she considers mildly boring, Dee will quickly zone out and get lost in her head, causing her to miss important things. Not only that, but the cat that finds themselves speaking to her when she’s lost in this otherworldly trance would most likely find themselves upset, leaving both felines simmering. The kitten struggles with staying on task and following through with it, more often than not getting distracted by something that peaks her interest much more greatly, and focusing on it instead. Usually, this means the things she’s in charge of are either halfway done, or disorganized and frenzied. Dee hops from interest to interest like a cricket at night; and she is often left dissatisfied as a result of that.
ও ignorant .. “ not polite or showing respect; not heeding the rules ” - Known for her rebellious nature, Dawningkit could certainly be considered ignorant to the rules. Growing up outside of the Clan she was used to having access to anywhere she wanted to explore, and the freedom to roam come and go as she pleased. Because of this she often has trouble

It was peaceful in the ShadowClan camp. The warriors were strewn out across the territory, searching the woodlands for signs of life, sustenance for their dear Clan. The sun was still but a mere memory, but the faint promises of it were seeping into the horizon- a sprinkle of soft pinks here and there, perhaps some mellow oranges and yellows as well. Yet the moon herself still ruled, waiting until dawn to bid the earth her goodbye. A gentle wind swished through the trees, whistling like peals of soft laughter, chasing each other in and out of the tall pines. And yet, oblivious to it all, was a small chocolate-swirled kitten, curled up peacefully in her nest of moss. She was snuggled against her two younger- albeit taller- littermates, stretching luxuriously so that she was almost laid across them. With a yawn that revealed her thorn-sharp teeth, curious yet sleepy jade-green eyes opened, peering through the darkness as she adjusted to the lack of light. It took a moment for her to recall where she was; of course, the ShadowClan camp! What a delightful place, she mused. Oh, speaking of such- Dawningkit peered over Peregrinekit’s shoulder, blinking at Amitymuse with her wide and sparkling eyes. The queen was asleep, cocooned carefully around the three kits she had adopted. Yes, the chocolate-swirled kitten remembered it like it was yesterday. Their father, gone to sleep yet never woken up. Dawningkit remembered the singing the most, the song bouncing around in her head from time to time, one that she would never forget. Shaking her head lightly, the young she-kit’s brow furrowed. It seemed that none of her family was awake! Well then, perhaps she should seek amusement elsewhere. Toppling out of the nest, the chocolate-swirled kitten tip-toed out of the nursery, grinning as soon as she escaped the confinements. What a grand adventure she had embarked on! Coming to a halt, Dee couldn’t help but gaze around the ShadowClan camp in amazement, as though she hadn’t already seen it before. The shadows played hide-and-seek behind the enormous trees, and colorful mushrooms were littered here and there. The soft rustling of the leaves, the swish of the wind against the branches, the gentle lull of the stream- everything was just so pretty! The young she-kit padded curiously to the stream, giggling slightly to herself as she gazed at her distorted reflection in the water. Tapping her mirrored nose gently with a white-tipped paw, the ripple effect was instant, and she shivered slightly; both out of excitement and the cold touch of the stream. Dawningkit scurried over to the nearby stepping stones, which to a small figure such as her seemed quite widespread. Teetering precariously as she hopped between each one, balance was of the essence if she didn’t want to fall in. The mellow-furred kitten held her breath as if breathing would lessen her chances, pawing at the next stepping stone absentmindedly. Oh fiddlesticks- was the last thing Dawningkit thought before she promptly fell into the Sunfish Stream. Although it was quite shallow, the young she-kit still flailed around helplessly for a heartbeat, shocked by both the sudden slipping and the cold embrace of the water. Spluttering, she reached for the stepping stones again, clinging to it just as before; only now drenched from chocolate-colored ears to white-tipped toes. Dee was quivering, the chilly wind now nipping at her sodden tabby pelt, which she tried desperately to smoothen. Some adventure this is! She thought with a pout. Here she was, latched onto a slippery rock, right in the middle of a freezing stream. And yet.. wasn’t that how all stories went? There was adventure, there was glory, but the danger is always present there too, she suddenly recalled. Trials and tribulations, that’s what the protagonist had to face; and if they could overcome it, why couldn’t she? Jade-green eyes blazing now with determination, Dawningkit wriggled to her paws, still wobbling a bit yet her will now pushed her onwards. She traveled, carefully this time, over each stepping stone, so focused that she could hardly feel the shivering sensation anymore, the cold only an inconvenience. At last.. the final stepping stone, the last obstacle in the way to her victory. Sucking in a fresh lungful of the sweet mountain air, Dawningkit focused on her goal. She was going to overcome this trial and be the hero of her story! Gearing up for a mighty leap.. whoosh! She soared over even the stepping stone itself, tumbling onto the grass on the other side- dazed for a moment at the impact. Looking around, green eyes suddenly lit up with triumph. She did it! She really did! Dawningkit ran in a small circle of excitement, eyeing the nursery in her peripheral vision and making a beeline for it. Just wait until she tells Peri, Hiro, and Amitymuse about this! They would certainly praise her for daring adventure, her overcoming of the perilous stepping stones, and her inspiring bravery. The chocolate-swirled kitten was daydreaming of it now, fumbling over the moss that smelled of her family. Sinking right in besides her littermates again, a small grin broke out across her face, but a yawn escaped her too. She was just brimming with anticipation, waiting to tell them what happened, but the promise of sleep was so warm, so inviting… laying her head down, Dawningkit closed her eyes. Alright, maybe later then.. but she was already asleep.

The night was young, brandishing soft beams of moonlight that filtered through the pine trees. The sweet mountain perfume laced the air, the scent of home to the ShadowClan cats. It was a particularly warm night, the last effects of leaf-bare finally starting to wear off. Just like the tension that had recently thickened the air. And yet like fog, all suffocating forces must eventually rise; and dissipate, into a mere memory. Some would remember, and some would be told. The ebb and flow of time and history, another droplet of water into the river of existence. A stream trickled down the territory, criss-crossing here and there and creating intricate patterns woven by endless moons of gently flowing water. And the stepping stones, the less daring could cross with a relieved ease. Ah, but fortune favors the bold! A streak of a chocolate-swirled blur shot through the undergrowth, clearing the stream in one fell swoop; despite her tinier than usual frame. Our grand adventurer did not let her height stop her, not in the least of ways. After she sprang across the stream, she stumbled only slightly and hit the ground running, still racing across the open woodlands. She

I am/was in various other RPs, such as W-WRP, WWRP, and ETRP ! so… an estimated 6-ish years of roleplay experience ? my first ever character was daisybliss of windclan. I made her a little over a month after joining Scratch, and it was safe to say I wasn't ready for a character. I roleplayed her a few times, before losing her to actvity checks, something I'm not proud of but have grown past. as for my current character, my pride and joy: legendfaith of windclan !!! you may have heard of him of course, considering he's the deputy of windclan, something I'm very proud about <33 I won him in April of 2023, and he's currently 53 moons. he’s certainly shaped my perspective on roleplaying and I have a much firmer understanding of it now. I also have folklore of TSD who is pretty young, but I’m still engaged in her story. I would be using dawning with my second character slot of course, so I wouldn't be inclined to letting either of them go anytime soon !! ^_^

○ I can happily say I will be applying for dawningkit !! there’s so many reasons why I’m applying for her. so start off, I’m kinda in love with her design. everything about it blends together so perfectly and I can draw it and look at many times over and still be satisfied with it. secondly, her family !! i’ve been watching the “lint family” for awhile now, and this chance to join it with none but amitymuse herself as the mother is too great an opportunity to pass up. shadowclan seems like such a great community and i’m eager for the chance to join it. thirdly, dawningkit herself. since july of 2023, i’ve had my heart set on little dawning. now that second character slots have come into play, i’m more than ready to give it my all and apply for the little kitty that i’ve been waiting for all these months. i click easily with the personality i’ve devised for and am still attached with it even after all this time, and writing her comes easy to me. i’m so excited to be applying for dawningkit, i hope you enjoy reading this application <33

○ i'd keep dawningkit for at bare minimum 6 months (half a year), which is what i typically aim to keep them for but tend to surpass, but i'd of course aim for much longer, hopefully even elderhood !! I tend to form attachments to my characters (stares at legendfaith) so I’d want the dear to live a good, fulfilling life <33

○ on accord of how often I harm my characters, not too frequently !! the physically worst that I've hurt legendfaith is from a few fights with foxes and cats alike, giving him a few scars along his back and neck, which is pretty realistic for Warrior Cats if you ask me. of course, mental damage is a bit different, because it's usually based on experiences rather than me actually doing something to them. for example, most of lee's mental downfalls come from his family dying, which I can't control but instead shape how he reacts and deals with it. while i can’t say dawningkit wouldn’t experience injuries later in her life, especially with her rambunctious nature, i wouldn’t do so without reasoning behind it and character development/growth stemming from it as well.

Combined with her creativity, she won’t leave you hanging when the moment becomes dull, ready to spring into any chance she has to come up with a game. Dee can be quite the tease as well; though it is all an innocent joke to her. She would never purposely offend anyone she cares about, but you can bet she’ll poke some light-hearted fun at you when the time presents itself! She yearns for the excitement that a new adventure or event brings, and is passionate about living life to its fullest potential. With an amused grin and a sparkle in her eye, Dawningkit is ready to go!
ও sociable .. “ fond of the company of others; gregarious ” - Hold on tight, because Dawningkit is certainly a sociable little creature. She will eagerly bounce up to a feline that she deems interesting, whether she knows them or not, and strike up an engaging conversation. She has an enthusiastic team spirit and enjoys working with others during activities. Dee feels naturally comforted by the presence of other cats, so she prefers spending time with others rather than being on her own, loneliness is a thorn in her side. Being naturally more of an extroverted gal, she's considered a very friendly cat who would never pass up the chance to make another pal. She also likes to support and help others because hey.. she just genuinely enjoys being around fellow cats! Dawningkit thinks gatherings are an excellent idea, yet is slightly confused as to why they can't just always live in harmony. Why fight when we could all be friends? She says. Dee is an actively jovial cat that always tries to be a part of the lives of the cats she's close to, not wanting to break treasured bonds. Take this warning with heed: once she starts talking with you, our chocolate-colored felidae never seems to stop!

She walks with a pep in her step, a hum in her throat, a smile perched right on her face; she's the bringer of good spirits. You could also say Dee’s the life of the party, her positive attitude simply infectious, spreading to those around her like sunshine after a long stormy night. Happiness isn’t just a passing feeling for her when the times are right, it’s a way of life in her jade-green eyes. And that's what she intends- to make everyone happy! She enjoys social interactions and making others feel good, why waste your time and effort bringing others down with your words instead of lifting them up? She believes that is the true reward to cheerfulness and a positive attitude. She has quite the disposition of amusement and laughter, including seeing the bright side of life and taking adversity less seriously. This genuine euphoria fills her to the brim, oftentimes exploding out of her with such grandeur that she feels the need to share it with everyone, running and jumping about with a smile as bright as the sunrise.

She doesn't let pessimism and problems get in the way of her daily life, inside looking at the “glass half full” angle. She doesn't try to ignore problems or pretend life is perfect, she just chooses to focus on what's good about a situation and what she can do to make things better. She believes that opportunities are always in the air, you just have to be bold enough to capture them, and put them to good use. There's always a tomorrow, she says. Dee tries to focus on what she has now, instead of what she could gain. She has a disposition or tendency to look on the more favorable side of events or conditions and to expect the most favorable outcome. Happiness and hopefulness are around every corner, in her opinion all you need to do is search for it.

Says the little Dawningkit as she blazes by without hesitation. She asserts herself into any situation with a bravery that is hard to match, and she displays courage in the face of adversity. She's willing to take risks and confront jer fears head-on, even when the outcome is uncertain or potentially dangerous. Or, perhaps, she's oblivious to the dangers themselves, but still willing to take the risk. She has a strong sense of self-confidence and self-assurance. Dee's belief in her abilities to overcome challenges and trust in their own judgment and decision-making skills, which makes charging head-on into any situation a whole lot easier. She is fueled by her desire to find what the world has to offer for her, and even when faced by her fears she takes a deep breath, and grits her teeth and bears it. Fear is just a temporary state, not a mindset she says. She believes if you let your fears influence your decisions, then you'll never discover new things. She knows how to appreciate any landscape. The important thing for her is to discover the unknown. Any place in the world seems to Dee to be an inspiration and can become the protagonist of his her adventure. From north to south and east to west, there are no borders for those who are looking for new experiences. Each location is different and in the difference she finds beauty. While this certainly isn’t a bad thing, trouble happens to follow those who treat borders as invisible lines “dividing the Clans”, as Dawningkit believes in unity between all Clans, this motto could lead her into problems with enemy cats. Especially when she accidentally wanders into their territories, leaving trouble on her tail.
ও curious .. “ an eager wish to know or learn more about something ” - Dawningkit can find beauty and fascination in nearly anything. Being her imaginative and open-minded self, she definitely isn't afraid to venture beyond her comfort zones in search of new ideas, experiences, and adventures. She likes to live in the moment and can easily make connections with other cats, not often dwelling on rejection and enthusiastically works with others. Dawningkit loves looking for new things and is known for finding interesting accessories and sticking them in her pelt. This lil' gal is always asking questions, especially about her surroundings. Why is the sky blue? What type of flower is this? Why does the sun disappear at night? On and on without ceasing, Dee will ask questions about things she wants to know, craving every detail that will enhance her treasure chest of knowledge. Sometimes her curiosity can get out of hand, as her thirst for adventure and endless facts leads her into trouble that she can’t avoid. She tends to stick her nose where it doesn't belong.
ও carefree .. “ free of troubles, worries, and care ” - Why should I worry.. why should I care? (/lyr) Dawningkit’s always happy and relaxed, never known for acting anxious or stressed out. She doesn't ever really try to be “perfect” or to fit in with the popular opinion, preferring to stick to what she believes rather than others. There are a few downsides to this trait, though. Dee can sometimes come off as aimless, not wanting stiff and uptight rules or plans to get in the way of her fun-loving lifestyle. Troubles never get ahead of her, she’s always walking on sunshine, her head above the clouds and her mind filled with jovial daydreams. This is her sense of freedom. She doesn't exactly try the hardest she can to become the warrior she could be, falling short of expectations in favor of her personal enjoyment. However, Dee is certainly happy this way, so it could be brushed off by a more sympathetic cat, but this might irritate serious and rule-oriented cats.

ও unfocused .. “ unable to pay attention or focus for long periods of time ” - The thrill of a new task or event, especially if she gets to share the experience with her peers, can bring out the best in Dawningkit. However, since she is known for having ever-evolving interests, this means that she may find it challenging to maintain discipline and focus over the long term. Whenever she's being lectured, or just listening to something that she considers mildly boring, Dee will quickly zone out and get lost in her head, causing her to miss important things. Not only that, but the cat that finds themselves speaking to her when she’s lost in this otherworldly trance would most likely find themselves upset, leaving both felines simmering. The kitten struggles with staying on task and following through with it, more often than not getting distracted by something that peaks her interest much more greatly, and focusing on it instead. Usually, this means the things she’s in charge of are either halfway done, or disorganized and frenzied. Dee hops from interest to interest like a cricket at night; and she is often left dissatisfied as a result of that.
ও ignorant .. “ not polite or showing respect; not heeding the rules ” - Known for her rebellious nature, Dawningkit could certainly be considered ignorant to the rules. Growing up outside of the Clan she was used to having access to anywhere she wanted to explore, and the freedom to roam come and go as she pleased. Because of this she often has trouble

It was peaceful in the ShadowClan camp. The warriors were strewn out across the territory, searching the woodlands for signs of life, sustenance for their dear Clan. The sun was still but a mere memory, but the faint promises of it were seeping into the horizon- a sprinkle of soft pinks here and there, perhaps some mellow oranges and yellows as well. Yet the moon herself still ruled, waiting until dawn to bid the earth her goodbye. A gentle wind swished through the trees, whistling like peals of soft laughter, chasing each other in and out of the tall pines. And yet, oblivious to it all, was a small chocolate-swirled kitten, curled up peacefully in her nest of moss. She was snuggled against her two younger- albeit taller- littermates, stretching luxuriously so that she was almost laid across them. With a yawn that revealed her thorn-sharp teeth, curious yet sleepy jade-green eyes opened, peering through the darkness as she adjusted to the lack of light. It took a moment for her to recall where she was; of course, the ShadowClan camp! What a delightful place, she mused. Oh, speaking of such- Dawningkit peered over Peregrinekit’s shoulder, blinking at Amitymuse with her wide and sparkling eyes. The queen was asleep, cocooned carefully around the three kits she had adopted. Yes, the chocolate-swirled kitten remembered it like it was yesterday. Their father, gone to sleep yet never woken up. Dawningkit remembered the singing the most, the song bouncing around in her head from time to time, one that she would never forget. Shaking her head lightly, the young she-kit’s brow furrowed. It seemed that none of her family was awake! Well then, perhaps she should seek amusement elsewhere. Toppling out of the nest, the chocolate-swirled kitten tip-toed out of the nursery, grinning as soon as she escaped the confinements. What a grand adventure she had embarked on! Coming to a halt, Dee couldn’t help but gaze around the ShadowClan camp in amazement, as though she hadn’t already seen it before. The shadows played hide-and-seek behind the enormous trees, and colorful mushrooms were littered here and there. The soft rustling of the leaves, the swish of the wind against the branches, the gentle lull of the stream- everything was just so pretty! The young she-kit padded curiously to the stream, giggling slightly to herself as she gazed at her distorted reflection in the water. Tapping her mirrored nose gently with a white-tipped paw, the ripple effect was instant, and she shivered slightly; both out of excitement and the cold touch of the stream. Dawningkit scurried over to the nearby stepping stones, which to a small figure such as her seemed quite widespread. Teetering precariously as she hopped between each one, balance was of the essence if she didn’t want to fall in. The mellow-furred kitten held her breath as if breathing would lessen her chances, pawing at the next stepping stone absentmindedly. Oh fiddlesticks- was the last thing Dawningkit thought before she promptly fell into the Sunfish Stream. Although it was quite shallow, the young she-kit still flailed around helplessly for a heartbeat, shocked by both the sudden slipping and the cold embrace of the water. Spluttering, she reached for the stepping stones again, clinging to it just as before; only now drenched from chocolate-colored ears to white-tipped toes. Dee was quivering, the chilly wind now nipping at her sodden tabby pelt, which she tried desperately to smoothen. Some adventure this is! She thought with a pout. Here she was, latched onto a slippery rock, right in the middle of a freezing stream. And yet.. wasn’t that how all stories went? There was adventure, there was glory, but the danger is always present there too, she suddenly recalled. Trials and tribulations, that’s what the protagonist had to face; and if they could overcome it, why couldn’t she? Jade-green eyes blazing now with determination, Dawningkit wriggled to her paws, still wobbling a bit yet her will now pushed her onwards. She traveled, carefully this time, over each stepping stone, so focused that she could hardly feel the shivering sensation anymore, the cold only an inconvenience. At last.. the final stepping stone, the last obstacle in the way to her victory. Sucking in a fresh lungful of the sweet mountain air, Dawningkit focused on her goal. She was going to overcome this trial and be the hero of her story! Gearing up for a mighty leap.. whoosh! She soared over even the stepping stone itself, tumbling onto the grass on the other side- dazed for a moment at the impact. Looking around, green eyes suddenly lit up with triumph. She did it! She really did! Dawningkit ran in a small circle of excitement, eyeing the nursery in her peripheral vision and making a beeline for it. Just wait until she tells Peri, Hiro, and Amitymuse about this! They would certainly praise her for daring adventure, her overcoming of the perilous stepping stones, and her inspiring bravery. The chocolate-swirled kitten was daydreaming of it now, fumbling over the moss that smelled of her family. Sinking right in besides her littermates again, a small grin broke out across her face, but a yawn escaped her too. She was just brimming with anticipation, waiting to tell them what happened, but the promise of sleep was so warm, so inviting… laying her head down, Dawningkit closed her eyes. Alright, maybe later then.. but she was already asleep.

The night was young, brandishing soft beams of moonlight that filtered through the pine trees. The sweet mountain perfume laced the air, the scent of home to the ShadowClan cats. It was a particularly warm night, the last effects of leaf-bare finally starting to wear off. Just like the tension that had recently thickened the air. And yet like fog, all suffocating forces must eventually rise; and dissipate, into a mere memory. Some would remember, and some would be told. The ebb and flow of time and history, another droplet of water into the river of existence. A stream trickled down the territory, criss-crossing here and there and creating intricate patterns woven by endless moons of gently flowing water. And the stepping stones, the less daring could cross with a relieved ease. Ah, but fortune favors the bold! A streak of a chocolate-swirled blur shot through the undergrowth, clearing the stream in one fell swoop; despite her tinier than usual frame. Our grand adventurer did not let her height stop her, not in the least of ways. After she sprang across the stream, she stumbled only slightly and hit the ground running, still racing across the open woodlands. She
