A lot of times when I get on and look at a old project I made, just about everything (Exept the top bar and the bottom place where it says “scratch is a project of ect. ect. ect.”) is white, and I cannot see the project or the comments or ANYTHING, but I think I can still interact with it.
Can someone help?

Hmm. Do you have the latest version of Adobe Flash?

I've often had this issue with slow projects. At least it's an improvement from earlier (in the Beta) when almost no projects would load.

Anyway, the issue that's happening to you is being caused by a large webpage/project. You'll just have to wait a few minutes, how ever annoying that may be.
