Could I annotate a 1040 U.S. individual Income Tax Return Form using Scratch despite being a citizen of Argentina? Is this even allowed on Scratch?

I don't think the Scratch paint editor would be able to reliably handle an image of that size, you'd definitely lose some needed detail when the image was resized down to fit the stage.

That could work, you'd need to use some external image editor though to piece all the parts back together though.

I evaded my taxes last season (hence the paper saying 2023) so I could might pay for one

Doesn't that defeat the point of dividing the images so they can easily load in the Scratch paint editor?

piece all the parts back together after having done something with said pieces in the scratch editor

Yes it does. Suppose if i uploaded the picture to an image sharpener then reimported it back to scratch for ultra-fine quality?

You would not be allowed to use this to share your full name, for starters.

But what if I was sharing this only with the Internal Revenue Service?

I don't think you should be submitting taxes for the United States if you do not reside in the United States.

That's like saying you shouldn't support FC Barcelona if you don't live in Catalunya

The project could be sent as a file, or the image could be exported.

To OP, if this isn't a joke topic, I would suggest using any of the free image editors online instead, such as pixlr.

Fixed it to Argentina. Does the same rules apply?

No, this is not a joke topic, and yes, I originally thought pixlr. I never said I would actually send this to the IRS

snipped image-

I would believe that as long as you don't share the project, there would be no issues, as the only reason any moderation action would happen to unshared projects is if it breaks the law. (tl: dr don't share it, don't committ tax fraud)

Yeah, sharing it on Scratch would obviously not be okay, due to personal info.

Whether your tax service would accept a Scratch-edited image or not is something you would have to check with them.
