Can you get in trouble for posting a Scratch project on Itch Io?

Ok so,

I really want to make a Scratch project for more mature people. I'm thinking that Itch Io would be the perfect place to do so, but i feel like I could get in trouble just because of something I posted off the main site.

Would I get in trouble if I made a Scratch project on Itch Io, and It had stuff that wouldnt be allowed on Scratch? (Its not anything inappropriate)

BugattiHoonicorn is a dude who dosent remember when he joined Scratch. He thinks that he joined in September 13, 2021, but he isnt sure.

Hooni also likes things like cars, Pretty Blood, Pokemon, and a lot of other stuff. He usually dosent care what other people think about him, and he usually is a bit passive agressive at times.

Anyways, thats a little bit about me for now, mabye ill add more to my new siggy later.

You can upload it to Itch, just don’t like itch on Scratch.

You can upload it to itch as long as:
1. It isn’t up on the site
2. Your itch isn’t shared on the scratch site anywhere

Also, it goes without saying, don't upload someone else's project, only your own.

It doesn't matter.

That is incorrect.

You can do whatever you want with your unshared projects as they are legally your property until you share them.

How is @MountY_Backup's answer incorrect? If you share an inappropriate Scratch project outside of Scratch (i.e. not on the Scratch website), you would not get in trouble for that on Scratch. However, you may get in trouble if you also share it on the Scratch website, or you share methods on Scratch to access this inappropriate project.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

I was going to say that it would only apply if it was inappropriate because I didn't see inappropriate or mature when reading the original post (I read it multiple times) until I just re-read it again.

medians: Oh god not this utc - 12 thing again..
Fun_Cupcake_i81: What, were you expecting not to see the utc - 12 thing again? THE UTC - 12 THIGN ALWAYS RETURNS. ALWAYS.
medians: I knew it would happen. I was the one who started it last year.
Fun_Cupcake_i81: Well then if you didn't want it back maybe you need to time travel to last year and fix that

Oh wait if you could time travel I think we all know exactly when you would go-

user2: But this is medians we're talking about, so “from 2.0” can mean the same thing as “from five seconds ago”.
