Hello, I accidentally reported someone. What do I do?

If it was only once you should be fine.
Edit: Also, you could use Contact Us to explain that you reported the person by accident.

If they did nothing wrong, you will be fine, and nothing will happen.

if it turns out to be actually inappropriate, then it will be taken down. if it isn’t, the content will stay up.

Unless you accidentally do this alot (at which point its not really an accidenta nymore, is it?), its probably pointless to explain via contact us, its more of a waste of time, you won't be punished from one tiny mistake, just be careful in the future.
