Is it allowed to make a thread for a project in 'Show and Tell' that is coming soon?

I do not know why you would want to but you probably have a reason

Actually, we prefer that a project actually exist and be shared before you advertise it on Show and Tell. If you can give us a link, then you are good to go

If you want to discuss a game you are still working on and haven't shared yet, might I suggest the Project Ideas section.
