Audio glitch in Scratch

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 14541.0.0, Chrome 123.0.0.0, No Flash versions detected

Some projects automatically mute the audio for some reason.
when flag clicked
start sound (recording1 v)
But how it ends up later:
when flag clicked ::
start sound (THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! v)

I accidentally had this in Questions about Scratch lol
