can st give 0 power alerts

st alerts have power I think (severity of issue) so can an st make a 0 power alert for something like minor spam or making suggestion hub etc (or is that 1 power)

dont just say “dont ban evade” or “wrong topic” for a question. answer it, and THEN tell them that this is the wrong topic or not to ban evade. giving just “rejected” and putting the college essay that is TOLORS is not enough. Explain! dont just use ctrl-c ctrl-v! even if it is not what some people want, explain the rejection! answer the question! the forums are not a place to repeat others, they are a place to innovate! anyway who wants to minimod?

scratchers on the forums from 10-500 posts have at most, a 7 short sentence span for replies. if you cant keep your posts in this range, then dont act suprised when someone asks for simplified version

That entirely depends on what the big bad words were, what the small spam messages were, how frequently these comments had been sent, what this user did in the past, etc….

Anyway, I'm going to circle this back to what I think the original question is. I think the original question is as follows:

Can the Scratch Team send you a “good” alert that is not meant as a warning/punishment and doesn't contribute to the possibility of you getting banned?

The answer is yes. Although uncommon, this has been done before.

Thats manually done from what any evidence can show, the ST would review your past alerts and decide if it warrants a ban, its unlikely theres an “alert rating system”
but yes, there are good alerts, for example, you apparently could receive an alert telling you that you got featured. You can see it in the featured wiki article

Its probably not the best idea to respond to a suggestion (or QaS post, for that matters) with something that someone has already said before. Unless, ofcourse, they were ignored.

I think kind of all and none of them are, I'm pretty sure there's no “consecutive ban count system” and moderators just decide on their own if a user should be banned or not if they have too many alerts (probably taking all of them into account depending on how severe they are).

there probably is something like this, with low power alerts being ones like “you’re eligible to become scratcher” and “you’ve been featured” as they dont show up in blocks
high power alerts being warnings with “if you continue your account could be blocked”
