Who got the 1 billionth Scratch project?

I'm assuming this is okay to ask since we are officially now at over 1 billion projects.

I was able to snag project IDs 999999622 and 1000000549 (currently unshared of course). Was anyone here able to get a project ID that was closer to 1 billion?

Somebody actually got one billion, there is no 999999999 or 1000000001 project currently. The billionth project is posted. It is incredibly lucky that somebody got 1 billion due to over a thousand being cut off.

For some reason I wasn't expecting it to be someone who would actually share it right away.
