No, you're the only designer. You tell yourself what to do. I'm not offering any management jobs to people that I don't quite know.

I hope it's okay that I'm working on rigging heknowsscratch's Bishop design, since that will make it easier to animate.

I'm not an animator so I'm not aware of the term lol. What's rigging if you don't mind me asking?

In Scratch, things rotate from their center, which means if you rotate part of an arm, it might disconnect, so you might have to move it back when animating.

Rigging makes it so that parts will rotate from the right place. I do this by grouping parts with a bigger invisible circle so it uses that circle's center as the center.

Argyle was active a bit earlier today. Maybe Argyle doesn't know what to do?

Ill try contacting him tomorrow. Im primarily gonna let you guys deal with the animating because Im not experienced in the field. Just make sure if you have any ideas to pass them through me. Not when it comes to the details in the animating, but just if you decide to add something that we don't have lines for. As I've mentioned a few times, once we have the voice lines for a certain scene, it can be animated. If there's no voice lines within a scene then it can be animated ASAP. I'll post my overall plan later, I have a few dates that Id like stuff to start and be wrapped up by.

Also, I'm sure you're aware but I just want to remind you, not all of the scenes in the movie are going to have the same character models so we need different versions. I dunno how you guys wanna do it but you can just do all of the expressions and whatnot as different frames.
