What can former St members do that Scratchers cant
Where is the proof that Za-Chary can close topics without having to report it? I think former ST accounts are just reverted back to a regular Srcather, without any special capabilities.

What can former St members do that Scratchers cantAbsolutely nothing — unless you count silly things like “Being on the Our Team page” or “Having knowledge of the inner workings of moderation.”
Za-chary can close forum topics, so there might be moreI cannot close forum topics. Any instance in which it looks like I close a forum topic after October 29th 2021 is just a fun coincidence. If I am the last post of e.g. a suggestion, it's because I explain why it is rejected or a duplicate, and then a Scratch Team member closes it later before anyone else has the chance to post. The Scratch Team member doesn't post on the topic themselves likely because I have already provided an explanation, so there is no need to repeat it.
