Any one have any idea how to make a crate unboxing system like the one above? Or something similar to a CSGO unboxing system?

Alright…. this is a bit complex. What exactly are you looking for? If you're looking for a VERY simple version, take all the costumes of the items you want to line up, then run a script like this:
when I receive [ when crate GUI]
set [delay] to [0]
switch costume to [ first costume]
repeat until <(delay) > [2]>
next costume
wait (delay) secs
change [delay] by (0.02)
end
add (costume #) to [like your inventory or something]
