It is what it sounds like: a picture of a green flag that shows up at the top right of all projects.

I'm not entirely sure what you would like help with, but the Questions about Scratch isn't quite the right place for this topic, I think.
You're more than welcome to introduce yourself in the New Scratchers forum!
If you wanted to advertise your game you can create a topic in the Show And Tell forum!
If you wanted help with making a Scratch project you could create a topic in the Help With Scripts forum telling people exactly what it is you need help with
