Where did this pfp trend come from?

It's either something from a pfp generator of some sort, or people just liked the idea of having motion pfps that move in that way.
(There's also a watermark on the bottom left, in case it could help find more information).

But the watermark is in Japanese; can you please translate it or give us the ability to copy and paste it? (There's also a watermark on the bottom left, in case it could help find more information).

Where did this pfp trend come from?
this.I tried to read it and I only got “GIFアニメーカー”. The trend is that some Scratchers have a pfp where a sprite moves from the bottom to the top, then pops up and moves down a bit and fades, all with smooth movements. If you still don't know what I'm talking about, see
I searched it on browser, but we know - so much results…
But I realised, that Scratch search bar exists.
I searched “GIFアニメーカー” (on Scratch) and found, that it was ぽよぽよGIFアニメーカー.
They used “ぽいん” setting to get this effect.
I hope, that it helped a lot : D
