You can ask for your custom profile picture to be animated! This means that when you go to the link I sent you, you will have to screenshot each frame of the animated custom profile picture. Then you import all the frames into a GIF Maker. When you have your GIF, download it and upload it to your account!
NOTE: You may have to resize the custom profile picture you downloaded before you upload it to your account.
