Lego Mindstorm Extension
Hi all,
I'm a teacher, and have been offered some Lego Mindstorm NXT 2.0 robots. I'm wondering if the EV3 extension would work with this version of Mindstorm?
Has anyone had success using it with them?

Lego Mindstorm Extension
(Sorry for a somewhat late reply)
LEGO offers a programming language based on Scratch for most platforms: https://www.lego.com/en-us/themes/mindstorms/downloads
(Note that while the Android link seems to be broken the app is still there, just search for “Lego Mindstorms” in the Google Play store)
(Also note that most (all?) Chromebooks made within the past five years have the capability to run Android apps, assuming that someone with admin permissions on it hasn't disabled this functionality)
As for if the EV3 extension works for NXT 2.0, I have no idea- I've literally never touched a Mindstorms NXT (although I have used many EV3s), and since I'm not willing to put up ~$500 USD for something that I'll probably use twice, I'm not going to probably ever get that chance.
