How do u download stuff on the new scratch.mit.edu?

You can't. Yet.

You go to the code (“see inside”) and select file>save to computer

If you;'e looking to download stuff to use in Scratch 1.4, you can click on “Share to” underneath the project stage - if there's a 1.4 file available, a download link should show up.
