Unfortunately not, as anyone can add anything to it. The ST can’t check every form added to Scratch.

How can anyone add anything to it? It is multiple choice and explanation.

The bottom line is that Google Forms are not allowed on Scratch in any capacity. If you'd like to make a poll, you could do so using a Scratch project.

For example, the fact that it is explanation means that in theory someone could send you personal information. Even if your form was entirely multiple-choice, the Scratch Team just disallows all Google Forms since it's not easy to check all of the ones that would be posted to Scratch.
