Semicolon glitch v2
My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 120.0.0.0, Flash 32.0 (Not really, it's emulated with something I can't mention on Scratch) (release 0)
1. Create project
2. Create list
3. Right click the list on the stage
4. Select “import”
5. Select “cancel”
6. Click “View Project Page”
7. Scroll down to the bottom.
I believe this is caused by Scratch creating a <input type=“file” />, but then only deleting it if the user actually selects a file, not if it is canceled.

Can replicate:
. I'm pretty sure that this was because Scratch's engineers didn't expect that one would select import just to cancel right after.
