Scratch App on Phones
This would bring the Scratch app onto phones, with the organization being this:
Blocks
_______
Code area
________
Stage, sprites, and backdrops

Scratch App on Phones
It's basically rejected at this point, but not stated in TOLORS.
There will never be a Scratch app on iOS, because Apple doesn't want programs running inside of programs.
There is a ScratchJR app available on Android, but that's as close you're going to get in terms of applications.
The only workaround which everybody uses is to just use Scratch via the web browser (likely Safari on iOS)

On ANDROID.
Then your suggestion's already implemented.

First sentence on Scratch's official listing on Google Play:
The official Scratch app for Chrome and Android tablets!

The suggestion is to bring it to phonesI can't verify whether it's on Android phones or not as I don't actually have an Android phone.

However, given that there are reviews available for a Phone category, I'll presume it's already implemented
Side note: I don't think Scratch works well on phones because of their limited screen space.

Well dang
Idk I'll have to say no support on this one. Scratch wasn't designed for phones in mind and the editor experience would be absolutely horrendous due to limited screen space on phones compared to what Scratch requires (a 480x360 preview area, a code palate, a coding area, a sprite pane, the toolbar, etc., etc., etc…)

it's not on phones for a reason. the screens are far to small for scratch's ui, and there's no way anyone's using it.
if you really have to, you can always use the website.
