Create and Share Workout Codes for Sweatfit Here!
Want to make a Workout Code? Here's how!
A workout code consists of a prefix and a series of instructions. For the newest version, Build 300 (Preview 1), use the prefix “!”. This helps the system understand what kind of code you are using.
Next, you add any sets you want to do. Each set can be stored in a 10 digit code, which contains all of the information for your workout. Here's the components:
So for example, if you wanted to do 3 sets of 12 pushups, and then a 90 second plank, this is how you would create your code:
! //prefix
0011012003 //Pushup
0023090000 //Plank
And then I would add these both together, so my new code would be:
!00110120030023090000
Yes, there will be a code editor soon. This is just for anybody who doesn't want to wait for that.

- Workout ID (3 digits). Get those IDs Here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/928406684/
- Type of Workout. This can be Reps (1), Burnout (2), Timer (3), or Stopwatch (4)
- Time/Goal. (3 Digits) Pretty self explanitory, please note that 120 would convert to 2 minutes, not 1 minute and 20 seconds.
- Metronome (UPCOMING FEATURE) For now, please leave this as 0.
- Just Breathe (UPCOMING FEATURE) For now, please leave this as 0.
- Burn Goal/Set Count. This is only used for Burnout or Reps, so if you have a timer, leave this at 0. This determines how long the flame burns or how many sets you are doing, depending on what the workout mode is.
