My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 14541.0.0, Chrome 118.0.0.0, No Flash version detected
I was going to “My Stuff” and I noticed the projects were not loading. In fact, almost every part of scratch is not loading! And I also know this is not an internet issue!

There's no way that this person means bugs in 2.0 itself, that person means scratchr2 pages (that part was added after many people started to report there were issues on other scratchr2 pages and wasn't originally there, you can see the topic was edited).

scratchr2 is what is used (the code for the repository is private to everyone but the Scratch Team) for the 2.0 pages, which look like this kind of:

It got the name 2.0 pages because these originated when 2.0 originally released.
scratch-www is what is used for the 3.0 pages (the other pages), which got that name because even though scratch-www was technically created before 3.0 started development, the project page uses this now and the color was updated to the blue (from before an update earlier this year, which is why my screenshot has blue instead of purple [I reverted the colors back to the “2.0 page” blue that was used before this update]) soon before 3.0 released, and those are all the other pages:
