Color palate support

It would be cool to have some sort of color palate support like a way to upload a palate and then use them. Mabey you could also have a block like a randomize palate.

Why would randomise colour pallete be a block? Unless you're not talking about sprite costume editor?

Colour palette for what? sprites? costumes? the stage?
Are they going to be blocks? Then why is it a pallete?

Do you mean like a paint pallete in the costume editor where you could click a color and it would instantly be used? Seems useful.

It used to exist in Scratch 2.0 as I showed above, you could swap between 2 different palette and one was a “color palette” that allowed that
