Is there an easy way to work out the size of a sprite in pixels accurately?

Multiply the costume's dimensions by the size of the sprite.
If the costume was 30x45 px and the sprite was set to a size of 200%, it will be 60x90 px in scratch's stage. Note that this will not always be the same as the number of physical pixels on your computer's display as it can depend on browser scaling and whether it is set to the tiny player or full screen. But for most purposes you won't need to consider this as within scratch the measurements are always relative to the stage which is 480x360.
