I can't find anything about this online, but while browsing through a forum page, I found a user showing an image of this:

I find this very intriguing, and have a theory on it being fake. Take a close look.

1. The user icon is in an envelope.

2. The font is suspicious.

3. The image is low quality.

These 3 things combined together makes me think this is some sort of mockup page for a corrupt/deleted account screen, and not real in any way.
If you're a Scratch team member reading this, please answer this question. I will be most grateful if you do.

There appears to exist 0 code in scratch-www that references this whatsoever as far as I can tell.
EDIT: Could be scratchr2 however I highly doubt this actually even exists

Seems fake. Might of been an error for the giga logo turning into that.

Definitely fake. Font is bold, doesn't look like anything ever used on scratch, and it's not centred like every other error page.

Yeah this just looks like a goofy, weirdly edited image that is purposely low-quality so you can't distinguish anything
