How can I send a project with a custom extension without it becoming obsolete?

Example: I do a project with some Turboowarp extension, somehow I have to put the extension javascript within my project, when Scratch imports, he can import with totally functional blocks?

I am talking about putting JavaScript from the Turboowarp extension directly on the navigating console, forcing Scratch to run the code and possibly add the blocks to the editor.
