Also, about the dreamy mabobber, that makes the town into a sort of “read-only” version. You will not be able to get things, but on the plus-side, your town can't be ruined by visitors shaking all your trees/banging rocks/buying rares/etc.

(One rock a day will be able to get smashed to get bells or some sort of fairly valuable item to sell)

I knew about the money rock. That gave me a ton of money to pay off my house.

Call me addicted, but i've already got the town development permit coming to me in a few days, I paid the 2nd mortgage today, and i've already got tons of fish and bugs in the meuseam, and quite a amount of fossils.

If you haven't got the town permit you aren't doing it right!
