1. Don't expect us to do anything big.
1.1: “Big” is anything that may consume too much effort or time, something that may take over 2 hours to make.
1.2: We won't make whole projects for you.

2. Be friendly to our employees.

3. Have a sensible deadline and don't pressure our employees.
1.1: Trying to pressure our employees to do their order faster, is not allowed.
1.2: You are allowed to ask about the status or estimated completion time of your order.

4. Common sense

2. Be active. We won't keep employees who are rarely online or never do orders.

Light green = Not taken
Dark green = Taken

Brown orange = Deadline coming soon ~ 1 day (Specialised staff should do this first.)
Red = Deadline very soon ~ 6 hours (Specialised staff should be alerted.)
Dark red = Deadline in under an hour or a little bit over deadline (Any staff that can do the job, not necessarily specialised in the field, should take this.)
Bright red = Overdue (Panic!!!)
