Are you trying to store text or symbols in the cloud variable? Scratch doesn't allow you to store letters, or symbols in cloud variables. Only numbers can be saved to a cloud variable.

An example of a working cloud script is:

If you are making a game with a high score, this is a working high score code that I have used.

when green flag clicked
forever
if <[score] > [high score]> then
set [high score] to [score]
end
end

hello look in to profile if your status is new scratcher then you can't recive or send cloud data
just share more projects and your status will update
