i want to add cloud variables to one of my projects so other people can play but i dont see it in the extensions
how do i get it

You can add a cloud variable by adding a variable the same way you add a regular variable, but checking the box indicating it's a cloud variable.

when creating a variable, it's a checkbox:

please note that this makes it for all sprites, and you need to be a Scratcher (which you are, so saying this is like a rehearsal of the Scratch Wiki to you, apologies on that) to even be able to do this;
