One thing I never get is people's refusal to admit things they like are bad
I like Homestuck but it is objectively bad
I like Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, but they are actually horrible
I love In Trousers, and it is a childish, cobbled together mess
I feel like there's nothing wrong with liking bad things and it's still defensible to like bad things
It's just that a lot of people seem offended by the notion that their opinions are different than actual fact for some reason
And Eminem, regardless of being “joking around”, just has so many bad writing habbits that I feel like any good lyricist would have at least some reservations with his writing
I just wish somebody would tell me why they like him

Well, as a classically trained singer, I just find it really silly to build a signature voice in a computer program
He's very harsh in his rapping and singing and definitely communicates a lot of power without ever needing to do a “blaccent”
So as far as hiphop goes, he does have a powerful voice, and I could understand people enjoying that about him
That is a great insight into how people look at Eminem
