Why do people write things like “My browser / Operating System: Ege No flash version detected”
I've seen it in forum posts and have no idea what the purpose of this is.

It appears when you click the globe icon when making a post. It also automatically appears when you make a topic in the Bugs and Glitches forum.
e.g. My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 118.0, No Flash version detected
It's useful when reporting a bug, because some bugs only work on specific browsers and operating systems.

why write this
Why do people write things like “My browser / Operating System: Ege No flash version detected”the operating system message is most often seen in the bugs and glitches forum, where i believe it is autogenerated, so scratchers can understand what device and engine you use, and possibly replicate it and try and get to the bottom of it. if you see the message in a signature, it's probably just because they thought it would look cool, or to inform people about their device for a variety of reasons. on the other hand, if you see this message where there is no reason for it to exist, it's probably spam or an accident idk

you can generate your own message by pressing the globe icon in the forum bar -

It's actually just from clicking the computer, however its automatic in BaG:
This is done mostly for Bugs and Glitches because some stuff only occurs on certain browsers
its also encouraged to disable any browser extension just to see if thats the cause
some also leave an “s” suffix after the ‘version’ part, which is tell-tale sign.
EDIT:
ggwp no re donotforgetmycode, you ninja'd 2 ppl
