i need some advice on this, i'm working on a game and one of the sprites is something i didn't draw in scratch, but i needed it to be high quality so i converted it to an svg file. this has happened with every svg file but I don't know what to do.

basically every time i import an svg image, it crops itself in the actual game. it doesn't do that on the actual costume, but when you go to test out the game it's just cut off in a random spot. it only stops cutting it off if i make the image in the costume extremely large, but then the actual canvas borders cut it off as they're supposed to.

…not sure what to do about this but it's really annoying so far. anyone know what's going on?

This is a bug with the scratch editor and uploading non-scratch svg files. Try just moving the costume one pixel to the left in the costume editor.

Try putting an invisible rectangle around it: first, select the rectangle tool, then set the fill color to “no fill”, then add the shape around the costume. hopefully this helps
